Returns & Refunds

At Fallen Angel, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Procedure:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@fallenangel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Shipping: Please return the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at exchanges@fallenangel.com. We will walk you through the process to ensure you receive the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Certain Health and Personal Care Items
  • Customer Service
